I loved my stay at this condo so much, that it was a liability 😅. I spent a lot more time hanging out on the balcony than intended, because the view (particularly at sunset) was so enjoyable and peaceful, high above the city. The shops on the ground floor were great (minimart, restaurants) and I also highly recommend drinks at the Xanadu rooftop bar - a ten minute walk away, and visible from the apartment balcony.

We really like the location, the swimming pool, the gym in lobby, the wonderful balcony to sit on and drink our morning coffee, and the high speed internet. Everything works well, the internet, the TV, the functional kitchen and comfortable furniture.

My sister and I shared this space for nearly three weeks and we absolutely loved it! It is at a prime location, and the building pretty much have everything you need -- a convenient store, a great Chinese restaurant, several cafes, a laundry room (washer + dyer), and a drinking water refilling station. This place is more spacious than most other similar places in the area (I've stayed at another studio apartment in the Nimman area). We highly highly recommend this place!!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and the view was incredible. We enjoyed the apartment so much that we repeatedly extended our stay and ended up staying much longer than initially planned. Would definitely recommend this apartment for a short or long stay. It had all the amenities you could ask for - fast wifi, swimming pool access, a comfy bed/couch, a large TV, a spacious balcony, and a functional kitchen. We also appreciated all of the shops on the first floor of the building and the proximity to Maya and the Nimman area.

This apartment had everything I needed for my short stay. Clean. Comfortable couch. Wifi worked great for video calls and watching Netflix. Very private (no neighbors looking in) with a great view from the 11th floor. This building is in a great location in Chiangmai, as it’s walkable to all the great cafes & restaurants nearby, as well as shopping in Nimman and the MAYA mall. For as large as it is, it’s a very quiet building.

We find the condo perfect for two persons on a visit or every longer stay in Chiang Mai. The room is comfortable, with a good separation of space, comfortable bed and furniture as well as a quiet building in the evenings. We especially enjoy the morning and evening view of the mountains, the large swimming pool, the gym in the lobby and the location close to shops and restaurants. The TV works great and the internet speed is consistent and fast enough for streaming.
